When does the subscription start and finish?
The subscription begins when you complete your business profile. This is the trigger to put my content team to work.
You can cancel anytime. I ask you cancel more than 7 days before the renewal date though as my team will already be working on the content for the next month by then.
How do I edit the content and tell your team about the changes I need?
It's very simple inside my Social Dashboard. You will be able to see all content that is scheduled to post in the next 2 weeks. You can edit anything you want and then there's a support ticket system where you can tell the content team your feedback.
Do you provide sample content before I signup?
Yes the team are happy to provide you with samples of the posts that you receive before signup. If you want some samples just email me and tell me a little about your business, website and social media links. I'll get the team to take a look and provide you with some samples.
